A couple of apples.....

During our weekly household prayer meeting in Couple’s for Christ we had this “sharing period” where we can talk about the whole week activities in our day to day life. We talk about every thing with regards to the family, the kids, office works and any problems that encountered by each of every couple.
One of the couple shared about the tips of eating apple that helps removing gallstones naturally and lower human bad cholesterol. As the old saying goes “an appple a day keeps the doctor away”.
Why should we eat at least an apple a day? Not only because it is so refreshing and delicious, but also because it is full with vitamins and nutrients that preserve our health and help our body fight and prevent multiple disorders and diseases.
But with the formula gave by our brother in Christ, 5 pieces of apple a day keep those gallstones and cholesterol away. Here’s how it is.
- For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
- On the sixth day, take no dinner.
- At 6pm, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
- At 8pm, repeat the same. Magnesim sulphate opens the gallbladders ducts.
- At 10 pm, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools.
